

1) Musketeer Engineering
Mr Fred Smith is the Managing Director of Musketeer Engineering and he said, “through the International Business Initiative, Musketeer secured the European distribution rights of a major North American manufacturer in the hydraulic industry. With the new product being added to Musketeer’s portfolio the deal has brought orders to my business in the region of £100,000 per year since 1999.”
2) Kelman
Kelman were assisted by IBI in 2000 to attain penetration in the USA marketplace. As a result of IBI’s work, Mr Robin Watson of Kelman participated in a trade mission to the USA. Robin said “ I was extremely positive concerning my participation on the Trade Mission because all my leads were pre-qualified and of interest to me. Through these initial meetings I have been able to develop all of the US contacts provided by IBI LTD, indeed, the company has recently opened a Chicago office to service the North American market. Since IBI worked with my company on a visit to Seattle we have achieved over £2 million in sales.”
3) Boomer Industries
Mr Andrew Robinson of Boomer Industries; “ I participated on the International Business Initiative to attain a new innovative product that could be adapted to the caravan and mobile home market. A guttering concept introduced by IBI has been developed and adapted by my own in-house R&D department and is now selling successfully in this market. The new innovative guttering product for the caravan/mobile home market has been achieving sales of £60,000 per year and I believe that these sales would increase by a further 40% per annum.”

2) Udaras na Gaeltachta
“I can confirm that IBI Ltd delivered a successful “ Product Transfer Programme” on behalf of Udaras na Gaeltachta under Interreg II. Udaras na Gaeltachta have submitted a further request under Interreg III funding for delivery of a second Product Transfer Programme which includes IBI Ltd as the preferred delivery agent”
